Dr Yi Chen Zhao is an experienced ear, nose and throat surgeon based in and around Melbourne. He completed his initial medical training at Monash University, graduating with first class honours. He then went on to complete his PhD through Melbourne University, focusing on simulation used for ENT training. Furthermore, Yi completed his ENT specialist training through a number of rotations through Victorian metropolitan hospitals.
Dr Zhao is currently the Head of Rhinology clinic at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital. He is passionate about education is regularly involved with teaching and research.
Dr Yi Zhao prides himself on his personable nature and approachability with health professionals and patients. He endeavours to provide his patients with the best possible outcome by ensuring compassionate, efficient and effective care. Dr Zhao is also able to consult in fluent Mandarin if needed.
