Dr Sands has worked as a GP in Fremantle since 1981, bringing more than 30 years of professional experience to the practice. Holding a fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, a diploma of child health and a diploma in obstetrics and gynaecology, Dr Sands is also involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education. Interested in all aspects of family medicine, Dr Sands has a particular passion for chronic complex disease management. He is also interested in developing local primary care and prefers not to refer patients for terminations.
