Vinod has been part of Peninsula Renal Services for the last 4 years. He cares for patients at both the Frankston rooms and at Rosebud at the Peninsula Medical Specialist Suites. He provides a service 5 days a week and is able to prioritize his patients when needed. He also works as a Visiting Medical Officer in renal medicine at Frankston Hospital, looking after patients with acute and chronic renal conditions including dialysis and transplantation. He is linked to the Alfred transplantation unit with whom he conducts regular meetings to discuss patients with critical issues and maintenance treatment. Vinod is keen on teaching and holds a Lecturer position with Monash University and is involved in teaching MBBS and FRACP candidates. Vinod trained locally at Frankston Hospital in 2005 and then moved for advanced training to The Alfred Hospital, The Royal Melbourne Hospital, The Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney and Wollongong Hospital in NSW.
