Dr Nguyen graduated from the University of Queensland in 1996. She then worked for three years in the hospitals. She started working in General Practice in 1999 and received her General Practice Fellowship in 2001.
Dr Nguyen enjoys all aspects of Family Medicine and is especially passionate about preventive health care for all stages of life. Working as a Family Doctor allows her to educate, counsel and support patients through informed decision making for a healthier lifestyle.
As the saying goes, prevention is better than cure and she is a strong believer in this.
Dr Nguyen is married with two sons and is an active supporter of their sports and other activities. She relaxes on the weekend with families and friends and by working in her colourful tropical garden. Dr Nguyen also speaks Vietnamese.
