Following his completion of Medicine with the Monash Medical School in 1996, Dr Stambe entered the Anaesthesia training program as a 3rd year resident, gaining a wide range of experience across a variety of fields and at multiple hospital sites across the state of Victoria, completing his training in 2005. He is based on the Mornington Peninsula which forms the bulk of his practice, providing Anaesthesia services, with a special interest in Obstetrics. Dr Stambe actively participates in Continuing Professional Development, including having a recently attained instructor status level for ALS (Adult Life Support), and is also a member of the Medical Advisory Committee at Peninsula Private Hospital.
