Tim Lording is a locally and internationally trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in surgery of the knee. He was born and educated in Melbourne, completing his undergraduate medical degree at Monash University in 2002. He subsequently undertook advanced orthopaedic training in Victoria and Tasmania, obtaining fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2011.

Tim worked as a consultant orthopaedic surgeon for 18 months at the Sandringham and Frankston Hospitals, before departing for further postgraduate subspecialty training overseas. He spent 12 months at the Centre Albert Trillat in Lyon, France, training in complex knee surgery under the supervision of Professor Philippe Neyret.
