Tom graduated from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT). Ultimately Toms main goal is to get you pain free and moving well.
Tom believes that it is important to address the immediate cause of his patientÕs pain but will endeavour to improve their overall movement, muscle activation and strength in order to optimize injury recovery and reduce the chance of re-aggravation.
Since Tom graduated he has had the opportunity to work in both Queensland and Victoria within private practice and has worked closely with sporting teams. Tom is always trying to improve his skills and has completed further study not only in the realm of strength and conditioning, but also in the development of optimal movement patterns. Tom is also a qualified dry needling practitioner.
Tom has always played sport and unfortunately has suffered many injuries and complaints over the years. From broken bones, torn cartilage, tendon and muscle injuries to even a double hernia repair, his history is what lead Tom into the health field.
Tom has a hands on approach to treatment by utilising a broad range of techniques that are specifically tailored to each patient to suit their needs. Such techniques include soft tissue techniques, manipulation, articulation, stretching, mobility and strengthening exercises. TomÕs experience both professionally and personally has improved his understanding of pain and how it can affect people differently. This highlights the importance of creating an individually tailored treatment plan for all patients young and old.

Outside of work Tom loves to travel, watch sport, exercise and enjoys a good coffee
