Tanya grew up in country South Australia and completed her medical degree and first two years of hospital training in Adelaide. She then moved to Melbourne for one further year of hospital training with Austin and Northern Health, as well as completing a Diploma in Child Health. Her first year of General Practice training was spent in clinics in Dandenong and Sandringham.
Tanya loves all aspects of General Practice, but has particular interests in travel medicine, sexual health, women’s health and children.
In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors, playing the guitar and travelling.
