After completing high school at James Ruse High School, Dr. Sylvia To went on to study medicine at the University of New South Wales and graduated in 2013, before completing her internship and residency at Liverpool Hospital. She then worked as a senior resident medical officer at Concord Hospital, and just last year completed a year of Obstetrics and Gynaecology training at Bankstown Hospital.
