Suzette was raised on the Sunshine Coast and attended the University of Queensland Medical School. After graduating she worked in North Queensland, gaining experience in all areas of medicine, including women’s health, rural practice and indigenous health. After her time in North Queensland, Suzette took the opportunity to return to the Sunshine Coast in order to be closer to her family, and has enjoyed working in general practice locally for a number of years.
Suzette is interested in all aspects of general practice, including women’s health, child health, preventive health, travel medicine and minor procedures. As a nominated medical advisor to the coal workers health assessment scheme, Suzette is able to perform coal board medicals.
