Dr Su Lin Wan is a registered general practitioner (RACGP) and medical acupuncturist with The Australian Medical Acupuncture College since 2010 having trained in Perth Sydney and Japan.
Murdoch University Health provides workshops, led by Dr Wan in acupuncture guided meditation. The workshops help promote mindful wellbeing practice for the University community.
Dr Wan has been meditating for 15 years. She is a certified instructor of Master Liu De Ming, Fifth generation linage holder of the Ziran Qigong tradition.
Qigong incorporates a range of practices, primarily cultivating the body, breath and mind. This has been a vital part of Chinese culture and medicine for over 2000 years. This is the foundation from which Dr Wan teaches meditation in conjunction with acupuncture to experience the benefits of relaxation.
