Dr Sita Dewamitta joined the medical centre in August 2014. She qualified with MBBS from the University of Colombo and also has a PhD from the University of Kyoto, Japan. Sita has worked as a Medical Officer at both John Hunter and Calvary Mater Hospitals in Newcastle in Emergency Medicine, Surgery, Oncology and Psychiatry from 2012-2014 before joining the practice.
