Dr Simon Symeou is the lead independent doctor at Maroubra Medical & Dental Centre. He completed his degree at the University of NSW in 1980 and has been practicing as a GP since 1983. Simon joined the Maroubra Medical & Dental centre in 2010, and has been training registrars at the centre since 2016. He enjoys guiding young and motivated doctors as they prepare for life as a GP. Simon's special interests include men's health, skin and cosmetics, occupational health and travel medicine. When not busy with work, Simon pursues his interest in motor racing, tennis and golf.
