Dr. Glance completed gastroenterology, hepatology & endoscopy training at Royal Melbourne Hospital Parkville and Monash Medical Centre Clayton before undertaking a fellowship in Interventional Endoscopy - developing skills in advanced endoscopy including; polypectomy and Endoscopic Dilatation of strictures.
He has an interest in all areas of gastroenterology & hepatology including – gastroscopy / colonoscopy, capsule endoscopy (now available at GastroNorth), Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (Crohn’s Disease/Ulcerative Colitis), Functional Bowel Disorders (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), Liver Diseases (Hepatitis B/C & Autoimmune Hepatitis) and Gastroparesis.
Dr. Glance regularly attends both national and international conferences in Gastroenterology & Hepatology to keep up to date with the latest advances in the field.
He is the Director of Gastroenterology at The Northern Hospital Epping and works privately at Bundoora Endoscopy, Bundoora Specialist Health Care, Northpark Private Hospital, Whittlesea Specialist Centre & in Wallan.
