An aspiring young dentist, Dr Shivani Rattan joined the team at Maven Dental Clare in early July 2018 after a rewarding stint in rural Queensland. Originally studying a Bachelor of Science at La Trobe University in Victoria, Dr Rattan relocated to the Gold Coast in 2012 to further her studies. Graduating with a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science in 2014, she extended her studies at Griffith University to achieve a Graduate Diploma of Dentistry in 2016.
As a dentist, Dr Rattan believes that she is not just treating her patient’s teeth, but rather treating them on a holistic level. She has always endeavoured to create meaningful experiences for her patients to better understand their oral health needs holistically.
A member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA) Dr Rattan regularly seeks opportunities to develop her skills. She has also expressed a keen interest in family and restorative dentistry.
Away from Maven Dental Clare, Dr Rattan enjoys going on long relaxing walks with her dog.
