Dr Shaun Salimi has over 10 years’ experience in the field of Occupational Medicine. After completing his medical degree in WA he commenced work in the field of work related injury management in the mining industry. He has a graduate diploma in Occupational and Environmental Medicine (Monash University). He has been a medical advisor for various organisations including Victoria Police and WorkCover. His main interests are Work Related Injury Management, Return to Work and Fitness for Duty assessments. In 2012 Dr Salimi was a finalist for the WorkSafe Practitioner Return to Work Award. Dr Salimi has been a key member of Coolaroo Clinic since 2013.
