Dr Scope is a purpose built 2 procedure room day surgery facility specialising in Endoscopy and procedures of the Gastrointestinal tract.
Dr Scope is owned and operated by an experienced Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist who is committed to excellence in care and providing expert Gastroenterology services for the people of Melbourne in a timely manner.
The Dr Scope development team worked closely with the healthcare architects, builders and the Department of Health and Human Services to ensure the facility meets current health care facility regulations whilst remaining a welcoming and friendly environment.
Dr Scope is accredited to ISO 9001:2016 Quality Management Systems and the Australian Council of Safety and Quality 10 National Healthcare Standards through Global Mark. This ensures we have an accountable management system and a strong governing body.
Dr Scope is staffed by fully credentialed health care professionals who have relevant experience in day surgery and endoscopy. All our practitioners and nursing staff are registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulations Agency (AHPRA)
Dr Scope is supported in its holistic care provisions by the services of Dr Gastroenterology consulting suites, which are co located on site. Services available at Dr Gastroenterology include General Surgeons, Dietitian, Psychologist, Pathology collection, Iron infusions, Breath testing and PH monitoring.
