Sara grew up in Melbourne and graduated from Flinders University, Adelaide in 2002. She completed her intern year in Queensland and then worked in the UK for 5 years. In the UK, she worked in a range of hospital specialities as well as completing UK GP training. She returned to Australia in 2009, gained her FRACGP and has been working in general practice and family planning.
Sara has interests in breastfeeding medicine, women's health, contraception and sexual health as well as children and adolescent health. Sara is able to provide Implanons, IUDs and shared antenatal care. Sara is also developing her interests in chronic disease and men's health.
