Sandeep studied in Monash University, worked in Bendigo Hospital and decided General Practice was his calling. He worked in Echuca for a year before moving to Kyneton to complete his general practice training.
Sandeep has been a GP Visiting Medical Officer at Kyneton Hospital during his stint in Coliban Medical Centre and is maintaining his visiting rights in Kyneton Hospital so his patients have the option in case they get admitted. Sandeep enjoys paediatrics, mental health, emergency medicine, chronic disease management and most importantly, the aspect of continuity of care that general practice offers, which he finds very fulfilling.
Originally from Malaysia and recently married, Sandeep and his wife, Sonya, a dentist, live in Kyneton. Outside work, he enjoys a good game of golf and tennis. He would never miss Tiger Woods in action on TV!
