Sam previously completed her first degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2011. After working as a dietitian for a year, she went back to complete her medical degree at the University of Notre Dame Sydney, graduating 2016.
Sam moved from Sydney 3 years ago and since then the Daylesford/Ballarat region has been home. She completed her junior years as a doctor at the Ballarat Base Hospital in areas such as emergency medicine, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology.
Preventative medicine remains an interest of Sam’s. She has also developed an interest in paediatrics, as well as women’s health and sexual health.
Out of work Sam enjoys exploring the country side by bike and keeping active.
