Ron is a medical practitioner with over 28 years of experience in dermatology and cosmetic skin treatments, and skin cancer diagnosis and treatment. Ron initially studied Mathematics then Pharmacy at University, the latter winning him the Parke Davis International Medal. Following ten years practical experience in pharmaceuticals, particularly in the area of treatment and care of skin, Ron went onto graduate in Medicine. Ron is a full member of the Cosmetic Physicians Society Of Australia and an associate member of the Australasian College of Skin Cancer Medicine. Ron’s combined expertise in dermatology and skin cancer medicine, pharmacology and his interest in the prepotent factors associated with skin care treatment and anti-aging, ensure diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions is well informed, medically safe and effective. Decades of experience is augmented by the application of the latest technologies including Medical Strength Lasers, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), Photodynamic Therapy, Radiowave mole surgery and skin tightening, Dermoscopy and Digital Photographic imaging. Dr Ron Louis, as well as being a Cosmetic Physician, has had decades of experience in general dermatology, the repair of sun-damaged and ageing skin, and in skin cancer detection and treatment.
