Dr Rokon Ahmmad is a Specialist in General Practice, with over 10 years of experience in general practice. Before starting General Practice, he worked five years in hospitals around Australia.
He completed GP training in Australia. Dr Rokon has gone on to develop a wide range of experience in general practice, with a special interest in General Medicine including Chronic Disease Management, Child Health, Skin disease, falls and fracture, Wound management, Child and Adult immunisation, Iron Infusions, as well as antenatal care.
Dr Rokon performs minor surgeries including skin lesion removal, and cryotherapy. A keen listener and truly empathetic, Dr Rokon is going to be a welcome addition to the Saltwater Coast community.
He is a keen Table Tennis player and organises sports and games within the Point Cook community. He also enjoys travelling and he has wealth of knowledge in Travel Medicine (When we get back to travelling again!) .
