I graduated from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka in 1985 and completed my MD in Family Medicine.
I Migrated to Australia in 2007 as a General Practitioner, completed AMC and obtained my fellowship in RACGP in 2011.
I was in Rural General Practice and worked as a Visiting Medical Officer in country Victoria.
My interests are:
Chronic Disease. Maternal and Child Health. Men's Health. Aged Care. Accident and Emergency. Skin Cancer. Youth and Psychosocial issues. I am amply supported by my wife, and two daughters who are following my footsteps. My hobby is playing golf when it is warm.
I practice at Thompson Road Clinic on weekends and I am very impressed with its excellent services, well planned layout and the friendly staff.
I speak Sinhala as well.
