Dr Robert trained in Dunedin, NZ and has been in Australia since 1985. A GP for 46 years, Robert’s experience includes a brief stint for the health department in the 80‘s working on specialised health projects, and 4 years working in Hong Kong. Robert has been on the Gold Coast since 1988 and joined Robina Town Medical Centre in 2005. He has had some of the same patients for 25 years. Robert has 4 daughters, many grandchildren, and his favourite hobby is gardening. He’s always up for a chat about golf and rugby. Dr Robert has enjoyed the personal aspect of being a family doctor including building a strong rapport with patients over his many years of general practice. Dr Robert enjoys practising in all areas of general medicine. In particular he loves the personal side of being a GP, listening to patients and building a good doctor-patient rapport. He has seen many patients through various life stages over his long career. Dr Robert is not taking on new patients as maintaining his current patient base fills up his schedule.
