Dr Ricki Kimbell graduated from the University of Newcastle in 1994. She has enjoyed working as a GP for 15 years. She has gained a lot of experience in Mental Health, including working in the mental health teams at the Blue Mountains and Coffs Harbour Hospitals. Prior to this experience, Ricki worked with veterans and ex-army personnel as a mental health GP for the Defence department. Ricki has a particular interest in mental health as well as nutrition, public health, women's health, occupational health and travel medicine. Outside work, Ricki loves to travel and go for a bush walk. She is also passionate about environmental issues.
