Born in Melbourne and a graduate of the University of Melbourne, Renee completed her specialist training at all three obstetric tertiary centres – Monash Medical Centre, Mercy Hospital for Women and The Royal Women’s Hospital.

In 2009, Renee was a recipient of the Brown Craig Travelling Scholarship awarded by the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) to complete a year of subspecialty training as Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellow in Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto, gaining experience in ultrasound and high risk obstetrics.

Renee is also a Consultant at The Royal Women’s Hospital and enjoys teaching and mentoring junior staff.
