Dr Rehaan Shah (GP)

Dr. Ray Shah is a UK trained GP and Sports Medicine Doctor. He was 5 times National Rowing Champion and also rowed for England. As a Sports Physician Dr Shah worked for British Cycling, the English FA, Welsh FA, English Institute of Sport, Welsh Institute of Sport and was the head doctor for several events at the 2012 London Olympic games. He wrote the medical protocols for several events at the London Olympics and worked with the Porsche Institute of Human Performance in the UK.

Since arriving in Australia, Dr Shah has provided performance enhancement advice to several International Australian athletes and was the consultant for the Red Bull Racing V8 Supercar Team. He continues to work with International Sporting Institutes, participating in research and implementing the newest and most advanced techniques. He has travelled Europe with International Sports Teams in World, and European Championship events from 2008 – 2011, providing medical care in numerous countries around the world. He was head doctor for the UCI Track Cycling World Cup and World Championship events in the UK from 2008-2012. He is also an Occupational Health Specialist Registrar, and NMA for many companies in the Bowen Basin and Mackay. Dr Shah provides International Occupational Health Services for global businesses and is a registered MRO.
