Dr Reggie Ba-Pe has been a GP since 1995 after completing his residency from Rockhampton Base Hospital, Central Queensland and as a RACGP trainee from Mackay and Rockhampton. Originally from Burma (Myanmar), he completed his medical degree at JLN Medical College in India in 1986 and did his residency in orthopaedics and cancer surgery before moving to Australia in 1988. He is proficient in English and Burmese and has limited proficiency in Hindi and Urdu. He currently participates as a clinical examiner for the RACGP and AMC. His interests include Family Medicine, Men’s Health and Health Informatics.
