Dr Silins graduated from the University of Sydney in 1984 with Honours and obtained his post graduate Fellowship of the College of General Practitioners in 1991. Dr Silins has worked in the Eastwood and Epping area for almost 30 years and his practice has a broad scope across all the common and challenging parts of General Practice. His professional interests cover paediatrics, travel, internal medicine, dermatology and the complex care of the elderly.
