Dr Jude Mendis completed his studies at Colombo University, Sri Lanka in 1986 and started working in Australian hospitals as a senior emergency doctor in 2001. He moved into general practice in 2009, initially working in Melbourne before settling in Queensland in 2013. Jude has a number of special interests such as men's and women's health, travel medicine, mental health, chronic disease management, heart disease and pregnancy care. He also enjoys all aspects of family medicine.
