Rachel holds a strong appreciation for the diversity of the Autism Spectrum and is aware of differences across gender. Areas of particular interest include supporting the mental health of autistic individuals, helping them find the balance between fitting in and standing out, self-identity work, and supporting people who discover their autism later in life. She provides therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and adults.

Rachel completed her Doctor of Clinical Psychology through Swinburne University. Her research focused on parent and family wellbeing when raising a child with ASD, and understanding and giving recognition to the high level of support parents provide in the home in these early years. Rachel completed her practical clinical training across various settings, including the Department of Education, and the Minds and Hearts Clinic in Brisbane. Since completing her Doctorate, Rachel has worked in private practice, and continues to remain involved in Autism research.
