Dr Jackson completed her Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery in 2005 at Monash University. After internship and residency she completed 5 years specialist training in surgery through the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, predominantly at the Alfred Hospital as well as various hospitals around Victoria. Her training involved general surgery and urology.
Since 2014 Dr Jackson has focussed on assisting in surgery and specialises in laparoscopic minimally invasive and robotic surgery. She now practices as a full time assistant surgeon privately throughout Melbourne. Dr Jackson’s areas of interest include upper gastrointestinal and obesity surgery, colorectal surgery, urology, breast surgery, orthopaedic surgery, and gynaecology.
