Dr Priscilla E Z Tan graduated from the University of Western Australia and worked across multiple medical and surgical specialties at various hospitals in Western Australia before commencing General Practice. She was awarded three research scholarships and completed a Ph.D. in Ophthalmology from the Lions Eye Institute and UWA, publishing 10 papers in international journals. She has been a Unit Coordinator, Clinical Lecturer, and Examiner at UWA, and continues to be actively involved in teaching medical students at UWA. She holds a Diploma in Child Health. Priscilla’s interest in skin began in 2005 with work experience in Dermatology, and she later gained broad clinical and surgical experience in Oculoplastics. This experience, coupled with her passion for preventative healthcare in General Practice, has to lead her to pursue her keen interest in skin cancer medicine.
Priscilla works as a General Practitioner, and is experienced in all aspects of general practice. She also regularly performs minor surgical procedures. She has a particular interest in dermatology, paediatrics and ophthalmology.
