Dr Pooja Arora is a specialist in Rehabilitation Medicine and works as a staff specialist in Spinal medicine at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Randwick.

Dr Pooja Arora completed the Fellowship of the Australian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine (AFRM) in 2015. During her training, she worked at several major hospitals across Sydney, including Prince of Wales, St. Vincent’s, Royal Rehab (Ryde), St George and Westmead hospital.

Dr Pooja Arora has a special interest and expertise in acute and long-term rehab after spinal cord injury. She is trained to manage all aspects of rehabilitation medicine, including the following conditions.

Spinal cord and back Injuries Stroke and other neurological conditions Acquired brain injury Hip/knee replacement or post orthopaedic surgery Deconditioning following prolonged medical or surgical hospital stay Disability after cancer treatment Amputation Besides clinical work, Pooja is active in teaching of rehabilitation trainees at the Prince of Wales Hospital and help the NSW branch of the Australian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine with the conduct of registrar teaching. She is a conjoint lecturer at the University of New South Wales.
