Phil trained at the Royal Free Hospital in London then did a GP training scheme in Baret. After working as a GP Principal in Berkshire he moved to Sydney with his family and now lives in Mosman.
He has worked in the lower North Shore for 20 years and has special interests in paediatrics, obstetrics, and gynaecology. He helped develop the antenatal share care scheme at Royal North Shore Hospital in the nineties.
