I grew up in Sydney and studied at the university of NSW. Upon graduating I began a varied hospital career which included time spent in South Africa working in a mission hospital, as well as working in Dubbo, Launceston and Perth. There I spent three years working in paediatrics before deciding to come back to NSW with my young family and settling in Bathurst. We have been living and working in Bathurst since 1990.
Since entering General Practice I have maintained my interest in childrens medicine, and also completed further qualifications in Dermatology and Acupuncture.
Outside of medicine I am interested in gardening, carpentry and building, computers, music and of course my six grandchildren.
