Dr Peter Baquie is a former Rural General Practitioner who spent his time in Foster and South Gippsland (1982-1993). Peter is currently a Sports and Exercise Medicine Physician at Olympic Park Sports Medicine Centre (1994-present) and is a member of the team at North Melbourne Football Club as Assistant Team Doctor. Pete has a special Interest in Lower Limb soft tissue injuries. Dr Baquie has been involved with the Australian men's hockey team, the Kookaburras, for seven years which included their gold medal winning performance in Athens in 2004. Team involvement since has been with NRL and AFL and Australian Olympic Team as Medical Director of the Australian Olympic Team for Beijing in 2008 and London 2012.
