graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine from Newcastle University in 2007. Following that I worked a a Junior Doctor at Wyong and Gosford Hospitals. Prior to working in General Practice I worked for several years in Paediatrics in various hospitals around NSW, particularly at John Hunter Children's Hospital in Newcastle, and Westmead Children's Hospital in Sydney. I started working in General Practice in Jindabyne, prior to commencing at Sharp Street Surgery in February 2016. Additional qualifications in Child Health, Advanced Paediatric Life Support and Reproductive & Sexual Health. I have a particular interest in teaching medical students, shared antenatal care (with local GP Obstetricians or Obstetricians in Canberra), paediatrics (children), adolescent and young people's health, women's health and emergency medicine. With VMO rights at the Cooma Hosptial, I am working in the Emergency Department as well as seeing my patients on the ward. Married with one very cute little boy. Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family, skiing and gardening. I am looking forward to a long and rewarding career as a GP in the Snowy Mountains/Monaro area.
