Dr Rosewell was born in Perth, Western Australia. She went to school in Perth, Geelong and Launceston. Dr Rosewell worked at the Royal Hobart Hospital as a junior doctor then completed General Practice training in Tasmania. She then moved to the United Kingdom and worked in hospitals for 2 years including placements in Palliative Care, Medicine, Emergency and Paediatrics after which she completed a Diploma of Child Health. She also completed her GP training in the United Kingdom before moving back to Australia in 2004. She likes all areas of General practice and has worked in Hobart, Kingston, Sorell, Claremont and Sandy Bay. Dr Rosewell has also worked as a medical educator for GP's in training and is an examiner for the RACGP exams.
