Dr Crampton graduated from Monash Medical School in Melbourne in 1988. He received his fellowship for the Royal Australian College of Surgeons in 1998. He is a member of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons Surgical Oncology Division.
After further training he moved to the Gold Coast in 2000, setting up in private practice where he has since had appointments at the Tweed, John Flynn and Murwillumbah Hospital as an oncoplastic specialist surgeon in breast, thyroid and advanced skin surgery and malignant melanoma.
He has a passion for providing patients with not only the best possible cancer outcomes but also a cosmetically pleasing surgical result which has made him a leader in his field and one of the most respected surgeons in Southeast Queensland.
