Nay Nay graduated from Myanmar in 2005. She then migrated to Australia in 2008 and since then she has been practicing medicine. She completed her Diploma in Child Health at The University of Sydney and has a certificate in Reproductive Health as well as a diploma in dermatology (Skin Health) from Australia Institute of Dermatology. She obtained her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2014.
