Dr Nathan Goodrick is a Specialist Anaesthetist who works in both public and private practice in Brisbane.

Dr Goodrick attended Anglican Church Grammar School where he graduated as Dux of School and completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at The University of Melbourne in 2003.

Dr Nathan Goodrick Dr Goodrick completed his residency at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. In 2011 he completed the Queensland Anaesthetic Training Program and became a fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists. During 2011 and 2012, Dr Goodrick completed his fellowship year in regional anaesthesia and acute pain management.

In 2011 Dr Goodrick was appointed as a Consultant Anaesthetist at the Department of Anaesthesia and Perioperative Medicine at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. Here he implemented the use of pre-filled emergency syringes to improve patient safety and was awarded the Tess Crammond prize for his work. This safety initiative has now been implemented in other hospitals nationally.

Dr Goodrick's private and public practice has provided him with the ongoing opportunity to give advice, training and support to students and junior doctors.
