Dr Shishachi graduated in 1997. He completed his postgraduate training at the United Kingdom as a Specialist in Internal Medicine and later completed his VTS training in Scotland as a GP.
Currently he is a Fellow and Examiner at Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
