Monique completed her medical degree at Melbourne University in 2012. She has spent several years in hospital medicine mainly at Austin Health gaining experience through basic physician training in general medicine including geriatrics and other medical specialities, as well as emergency medicine. She spent 4 months at the Royal Women’s hospital doing some obstetrics and gynaecology before relocating to Warrnambool for GP training.
She has an interest in public and global health, undertaking further study in a Masters of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
