Dr Iosif qualified as a doctor and did his vocational training in Romania and has lived and worked in Australia for 20 years. Dr Iosif is a member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and a specialist in General Medicine.
Dr Iosif has a Medical Diploma in General Medicine, a Diploma in Obstetrics from the South African College of Medicine. Dr Iosif has a special interest in both men’s and women’s health.
Dr Iosif is experienced in counselling patients with psychological needs; performs all minor surgical procedures and, as a family man, relates well to children. Dr Iosif practices general medicine which, as an all-rounder, makes him the perfect fit for our family based general practice.
Dr Mircea Iosif is clinically approved to offer Medicinal Cannabis to eligible patients who may suffer from a chronic or terminal medical condition where conventional medicines do not work, do not work effectively, or have unpleasant side effects. Such conditions include chronic pain, Crohn’s Disease, AIDS/HIV, Arthritis, Asthma, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, Epilepsy, Alzheimer s and Glaucoma.
