Born and raised in Brisbane, Mimi embarked on her medical career straight after high school and completed her studies at Griffith University on the Gold Coast in 2012. She worked as a resident in Logan Hospital for two years then spending her last few years working in rural northern NSW in Grafton, Murwillumbah and Ocean Shores. Having attained her fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners she is currently works from Salisbury Medical Centre in Brisbane. Mimi enjoys fishing, puzzles and travelling in her spare time.
