Founder of the practice in 1980. Dr Mike joined Newtown Medical Practice in February, 2019. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame, Sydney in 2013 having previously completed a PhD researching the human immune response to parasitic infection.
Before embarking on his career in General Practice, he worked at various hospitals in greater Sydney, rural NSW and the ACT. Dr Mike enjoys all areas of General Practice and getting to know his patients more with each visit. Outside work, he enjoys hiking, exploring the Inner West with his dogs and watching scary movies. His favourite TV Doctors are Dr Nick Riviera and Dana Scully, MD (but not Doctor Who, sorry).
