Dr. Michael Maher grew up in regional Victoria and completed his medical degree at the University of Melbourne in 1991.
He moved to Ballarat in 1992, undertaking his residency at Ballarat Base Hospital. He then joined Mair St General Practice in 1995, and has worked full time in general practice since then, joining the entire practice in our shift to new purpose built premises at The Alfredton Medical Centre in 2014.
