Michael completed his medical degree at Monash University, graduating in 1982.
He then worked as a resident for several years at The Warrnambool Base (now SWHC) before moving to West Australia to work in General Practice and Emergency at the Swan District Hospital. After this time Michael worked in Timboon, and then joined the Cambourne Clinic in 1988.
He completed a Graduate Certificate in Musculoskeletal Medicine from Flinders University, South Australia in 1998.
Michael's areas of interest include general medicine and musculoskeletal medicine.
