Dr Michael Chong (Urologist)
Dr Michael Chong completed his undergraduate medical training at The University of Auckland, New Zealand. Upon graduation, he worked and completed his basic surgical training in various hospitals in New Zealand, before commencing his specialist training in Urology in South Australia 2006. He spent a year as a Urology fellow at Monash Medical Centre, Melbourne in general urology with an interest in urologic oncology in 2009. He was awarded the fellowship in Urology by the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2010. He currently provides consulting services to Mount Gambier alongside his Adelaide appointments at Southern Adelaide Local Health Network, Ashford Hospital and his private rooms. His interests include male lower urinary dysfunction, urologic oncology, renal stones & robotic surgery.
